We are looking for exceptional CRNA to join our Team! Care Team Model 6 Physicians-6 CRNAs. Accepting New Grads and Experienced CRNAs.
Position Details:
- Minimum Income: $200,000 plus taxes
- Maximum Income: $210,000 plus taxes
- Full Time W-2 position 32 - 36 HOURS
- Care Team model: 6 Physicians, 6 CRNAs
- Case mix of General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, GI/Endo

Qualifications
Must have (or be in the process of getting) your Utah license, NBCRNA Certification, ACLS card, and PALS card.
