Were building a new sales team at Napleton Nissan , and we are looking for 6 motivated, competitive Sales Consultants who want to produce, hold gross, and get rewarded for their performance.
Weve rolled out a NEW aggressive, gross-driven pay plan with $100K+ annual earning potential for top performers.
This isnt just about selling units — we reward performance.
- Commission opportunities on front AND back gross
- Higher earning potential as PVR increases

If you can consistently sell 15–20+ cars a month AND hold gross, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU.
