100% FTE, Day shifts with no weekends or holidays. This position will work primarily at the Eastpark Medical Center.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who:
- Enjoys working with the geriatric population.
- Works in a fast-paced clinic speaking directly with patients doing telephone triage, assisting patients with their complex health care needs in addition to hands on patient care in clinic.
- A clinic that is primary care and specialty care. Subspecialties include Falls Clinic, Memory Clinic, Geriatric Assessment Clinic etc.
- Works well in a collaborative environment where teamwork is vital.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
