100%, day shift working Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p may include occasional early or late meeting support as needed. This is a hybrid role typically working 1 – 2 days per week at University Hospital located at 600 Highland Ave.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Perioperative Services and the Director of Perioperative Services at University Hospital.
- Support the administrative duties of onboarding new leaders and staff within perioperative services.
- Create agendas, take meeting minutes, and develop presentations.
- Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents.
- Provide administrative support for physician triad partners.

Qualifications
- No minimum education required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
