Principal Technical Product Manager - Amazon Quick, AWS Agentic AI

Own a priority area of Amazon Quick and shape how agentic AI changes work for the world's most demanding enterprise customers. This role is for someone who has gone deep in a complex or regulated field and wants to turn that expertise into products practitioners can't work without.

You will own strategy and execution end to end, work side by side with enterprise customers and their executives, and turn real domain insight into measurable value.

- Own a priority area end to end, from strategy and roadmap through delivery and adoption
- Work directly with enterprise customers and their executives, inside their environments
- Shape how agentic AI shows up for expert customers, alongside AWS science and Bedrock teams
- Partner with AWS Industries, ProServe, and the field to win the last mile in enterprise accounts

Key job responsibilities
You own the strategy and execution for a priority area of Amazon Quick, from first idea through delivery and adoption. You learn how your customers work, what they need, and what earns their trust, then turn that into product capabilities that matter.

- Own the roadmap for your area: pick the high-value use cases, sequence the investments, and set clear adoption and revenue targets
- Turn hard customer needs, like domain data models, compliance-aware access, and complex workflows, into clear requirements for engineering and science
- Work directly with enterprise customers and their executives, spend real time in their environments, and test your product bets against what you see
- Shape how agentic AI works for expert customers, and build the capabilities they need with AWS science and Bedrock teams
- Partner with AWS Industries, ProServe, and the field to clear the barriers that slow Quick down in enterprise accounts
- Own the business case for your area, and make the hard calls between near-term wins and long-term platform strength

A day in the life
Most days, you move between three groups. You sit with enterprise customers and their executives to learn how they work and where they get stuck. You bring that back to engineering, design, and science to turn real needs into shipped capabilities. And you work with AWS Industries, ProServe, and field teams to clear the path in live accounts.

We build the product that helps the world's largest enterprises put agentic AI to real work. We sit where product vision, business strategy, and hard technical problems meet, and we partner closely with AWS Industries, ProServe, and the field to carry Quick the last mile into enterprise accounts.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
