Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager to work together with Controller to oversee administrative and accounting support functions in a multi-franchise dealership. This role is central to maintaining accurate records, supporting department leaders, assisting accounting personnel and customers, and ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information, and working in a deadline-driven dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dealership office operations and maintain an organized, professional work environment.

- Support accounting processes, including deal posting, deposits, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end documentation.

- Coordinate title and registration department to ensure any related documentation is in accordance with dealership procedures and applicable requirements.

- Prepare reports, track deadlines, and communicate follow-up items to department managers.

- Respond professionally to customer, vendor and vendors questions and route issues to the appropriate team member.

- Safeguard confidential business information.

- Help develop and maintain efficient office procedures and internal controls.

- Provide administrative support to dealership leadership and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Prior office management, dealership administration, bookkeeping, or automotive accounting experience required.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CDK system is a plus.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting or business education is a plus.
