Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the street outreach meal distribution

- Supervise, train, and support Food Programs staff and volunteers.

- Oversee daily meal preparation, packaging, delivery, and service.

- Coordinate with Chefs, Program Directors, the Operations Director, and community partners.

- Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, quality, and kitchen organization.

- Assist with menu planning and support efficient Food Security Hub operations.

- Lead projects and contribute to program development and continuous improvement.

- Build positive relationships with staff, volunteers, partners, and the people we serve.

Schedule: This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a Sunday through Thursday schedule, hours will vary.

Compensation, and Benefits

These positions offer competitive pay at a rate of $30.78 per hour, as well as generous paid time off, insurance, and retirement plan benefits including

- 4 weeks/160 hours (accrued) vacation time, 12 days/96 hours (accrued) sick time, 4 days/32 hours personal time, 12 paid holidays

- 403(b) retirement plan w/ employer match
