¿Te apasiona la mejora continua, el análisis de procesos y la optimización de operaciones industriales? Estamos buscando una persona con perfil analítico y orientación a resultados para sumarse al equipo de Utilities & Facilities y contribuir a la evolución de la gestión de repuestos de planta.

Principales responsabilidades

- Gestionar y optimizar el inventario de repuestos de planta asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales críticos.
- Analizar consumos, tendencias y comportamiento de inventarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Definir y revisar stocks mínimos, máximos y puntos de reposición junto a los distintos stakeholders.
- Desarrollar indicadores de gestión y dashboards para la toma de decisiones.
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a optimizar procesos, reducir desperdicios y mejorar niveles de servicio.
- Identificar oportunidades de reducción de sobrestock y capital inmovilizado.
- Participar en análisis financieros relacionados con inventarios y repuestos.
- Coordinar acciones con áreas de Mantenimiento, Ingeniería, Manufactura, Logística y Utilities.
- Asegurar la correcta gestión de información y documentación del área.
- Dar soporte a la gestión operativa del pañol para comprender el proceso e impulsar mejoras sostenibles.

Requisitos

- Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Electromecánica o carreras afines.
- Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en posiciones relacionadas con ingeniería de procesos, mejora continua.
- Conocimientos de Excel avanzado y Power BI.
- Experiencia utilizando SAP u otros sistemas ERP.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
- Interés por procesos industriales y mejora continua.
- Inglés intermedio deseable.
