The Opportunity

As an Embedded Banking Program Information Technology (IT) Delivery Manager you will own enterprise-scale technology delivery for embedded banking solutions spanning complex partner integrations and extensive downstream bank systems. The role converts strategy into an executable roadmap and delivers outcomes through strong governance, disciplined Agile delivery, and operational excellence. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery across multi-system platforms, often involving more than 50 downstream integrations, ensuring services are stable, secure, compliant, and scalable. Working closely with business and product stakeholders you will shape roadmap planning, prioritization and release sequencing aligned to customer and commercial outcomes. Success means predictable delivery, controlled risk and audit-ready practices alongside strong production readiness and service outcomes.

What you'll be doing

- Own end-to-end delivery for embedded banking initiatives from inception and business case through build, test, release, and hyper care
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones and measurable outcomes across geographies and contributors
- Oversee delivery across complex multi-system platforms including more than 50 downstream integrations and external partner ecosystems
- Shape product roadmap planning, prioritization and release sequencing with business and product leadership
- Embed architecture, controls, and operational requirements early to ensure delivery is realistic and aligned to target state architecture
- Orchestrate end-to-end integration delivery across journeys such as onboarding, credit decisioning, payments and billing
- Establish joint governance and ways of working with partners and vendors including tracking commitments, escalation, and remediation
- Implement scaled Agile delivery and Lean governance to improve flow efficiency, predictability, and cross-team collaboration
- Strengthen risk management through risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) controls, dependency mapping, executive dashboards, and audit-ready delivery artifacts
- Set production readiness and service transition with Operations and Service Management including runbooks, knowledge transfer, and post-release stabilization

What we're looking for

- Bring significant technology program delivery leadership experience in complex regulated environments
- Demonstrate a proven track record delivering enterprise initiatives with large-scale integrations across more than 50 downstream systems and third-party ecosystems
- Apply strong governance capability across executive reporting, dependency management, risks and issues and delivery controls
- Show experience partnering with business and product teams on roadmap planning, prioritization, and end-to-end release delivery
- Apply modern integration approaches including application programming interfaces (APIs) and platform ecosystem design to support interoperability and stability
- Demonstrate experience managing partner and vendor delivery including milestones, commitments and service level agreements (SLAs) or operational level agreements (OLAs)
- Bring experience establishing production readiness, service transition, and operational excellence practices
- Apply advanced Agile and Lean delivery at scale such as Scrum of Scrums alongside release metrics and dashboarding
- Use working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and artificial intelligence (AI) concepts to support delivery approaches and responsible adoption
- Hold relevant Agile or cloud or artificial intelligence (AI) certifications or equivalent demonstrable experience
