Required Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Engineering, or a highly relevant analytical field.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of broad supply chain or multi-site purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a direct team-management capacity. Experience with Aerospace Engineered Components (castings, machined, stamped components)
- Systems Expertise : High proficiency navigating enterprise ERP software ecosystems alongside modern e-procurement platforms.
- Core Competencies : Exceptional financial acumen, advanced multi-party commercial negotiation skills, and a clear history of workflow optimization.
- Travel : Ability to travel up to 35% to various regional sites and vendor facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree : Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in Supply Chain Architecture.
- Certifications : Industry-recognized designations such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
Compensation: 155k - 185k
