Job Description

Project Coordination and Development. Analyze and optimize processes to ensure quality products are delivered on schedule at a minimum cost. Provide project/team leadership with a systems integration view and the vision to establish an efficient, economical, and scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Project Execution: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Delivery Standards: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Scope & Feasibility: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Resource Allocation: Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Planning & Tracking: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

Change Management: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Relationship Management: Manage and establish relationships with the client and third parties/vendors.

Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Education, Skills, and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management.

Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of product development processes as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Operations Interface: Experience interfacing with operations, mechanical, and manufacturing processes.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.

Information Synthesis: Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.

Problem Solving: Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.

Adaptability: Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $38.00 - $55.00
