Training Specialist, Mobile Equipment Certification

The Mobile Equipment Training Team is looking for a highly motivated and energetic trainer to support Mobile Equipment training needs. The Training Specialist will be responsible for creating a positive thorough training experience for those in need of certification. This position requires accurate document keeping and regular use of email/chat communication. The trainer must ensure anyone certified to drive mobile equipment is properly trained and maintains safety protocols while driving around a Tesla site. The successful candidate will have a passion for training, exhibits integrities, and has a high level of professionalism.

- Clear understanding and ownership of trainees requiring a mobile equipment certification for their job role
- Facilitating and presenting Mobile Equipment Safety in a classroom and practical setting
- Comfortable and confident in speaking and presenting in front of large groups of people
- Performs hands on demonstrations, provides coaching, and encourages feedback
- Friendly working relationship with all support teams
- Promotes a positive training experience
- Communicates effectively and efficiently to trainees, fellow trainers, leadership, and other cross functional support teams

- 2 years or more of Forklift/Mobile Equipment experience
- Must have strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and deadlines
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats clearly and effectively
- Open collaborative style: ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating integrity and accountability when working independently
- Ability to be unfazed by ambiguity and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management and cross functional teams, consistently upholding Tesla's standards of honesty and ethical conduct

Expected Compensation $25.88 - $38.46/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
