Position Overview
Hiller Ford is seeking a Full-Time Parts Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts, tools, equipment, and accessories to local dealerships, body shops, and customers in the Chicagoland/suburbs. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service, enjoys working independently, and values being part of a positive, people-first team.
No automotive experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to help you become a successful member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery area is in the Chicagoland/suburbs.
- Deliver automotive parts accurately, safely, and on time to dealerships, body shops, and customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service with every delivery because Service is the Difference!
- Pick up returned parts and merchandise from nearby dealerships and outside vendors.
- Organize and manage daily delivery routes and schedules.
- Keep the Parts Department informed of delivery schedules and any changes.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and provide follow-up when needed.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle remains clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.
- Safely lift, load, and unload merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Represent Hiller Ford professionally during every customer interaction.
- Build positive relationships through prompt, courteous, and reliable service.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the Parts Department to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Work-Life Balance
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- No weekends
- No nights
- Full-time, in-person position
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and courteous attitude.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and deliver merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
