Schedule: 2 nd Shift ( Mon – Thurs, 4:00pm – 4:00am ) ( Fri, 2:30pm – 1:00am ) ( Sat, 12:30pm – 9:00pm )

Responsibilities:
- Run a press machine supported by 3-8 employees.
- Supervise and manage a small team of press operators.
- Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Correctly interpret work orders and verify documentation.
- Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform visual inspection to verify no defects or damage.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager.
- Ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions.
- Ability to verify part quantity and perform visual inspection for defects or damage.
- Punctuality
- The ability to perform basic shop math, fractions, decimals.
- The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills.
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience running a Press Machine
- Experience in the Metal Extrusion industry
- Ability to read orders
- Manufacturing
The pay for this position is $27.77/hr. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience.
