ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Proactively outreach to key account contacts on a regular cadence to identify opportunities, get ahead of marketing planning, and partner for seamless execution.
- In collaboration with Sales, Account Marketing, Sports Marketing, and the Creative Team, ensure accounts have seasonal marketing to support key initiatives, product launches, and campaigns including digital and print assets.
- Take an omni approach to each larger-scale marketing campaign to ensure all touchpoints — including in-store and digital — are in sync.
- Collaborate with Sports Marketing to successfully incorporate Skechers Pro Athletes into seasonal marketing and key product launches as needed.
- Work closely with top accounts and Sales to understand competitive marketing programs and implement best-in-class marketing initiatives to deliver growth for Skechers Performance products.
- Develop Seasonal Marketing Calendars to share with accounts and develop a right place, right time marketing approach.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle and workflow of Skechers account marketing projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously — from large-format, long-term production projects to art-only seasonal graphic requests and digital creative — from inception to final execution.
- Manage Marketing Request Form procedures and budget approval processes for each marketing campaign/tactic, including liaising with key stakeholders.
- Work with Sales Operations to evaluate ROI at the conclusion of marketing campaigns in order to make informed decisions on future marketing spend.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create and distribute sell-in programs and materials: sales tools, product technology training, sales contests, etc.
- Partner with the Field Marketing team to drive in-store excellence and effective in-store execution to win at the point of sale (in-store visuals, event activation, marketing promotions). Conduct regular field team meetings to discuss current in-store campaigns, review field reporting, and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Participate in key retailer meetings and summits to build a closer network within the Tech Athletic and Sporting Goods channel.
- Support account meetings at trade-related events within the Tech Performance space (PGA Show, The Running Event, etc.).
- Bi-annual Buy Meeting presentations and support, including building decks, attending meetings, and presenting.  (Location: Onsite Manhattan Beach)
- Sales Conference marketing presentations, including building decks and presenting in front of a group.  (Location: Onsite Manhattan Beach)
- Lead and present in additional account meetings as needed  (onsite and offsite at partner offices) .
- Field visits to enhance understanding of Skechers marketing in the domestic wholesale channel and to maintain awareness of competitor campaigns.
- Ensure weekly project status (WIP) meetings are efficient and productive; confirm updates and budget information captured in CRM are accurate.
