Required Skills
- At least 5 years of Project management experience in delivery mission critical Data Centre Construction, Cabling, Compute, Networking, AI infrastructure project.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing long-term strategies and establishing program-level requirements for construction projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainability. Deep understand of cabling solutions, including copper, fibre and bulk fibre.
- Project Management: Proven expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery including advanced project scheduling and tracking.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals.
- Budget Management: Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing project budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Vendor Management: Extensive experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers
