About this role
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Additional qualifications/certifications in Estimation, MEP, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Primavera/MS Project, AutoCAD/Revit will be preferred.
Experience
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Estimation / Tendering / Cost Planning for MEP works .
- Must have strong exposure to Data Centre / Mission Critical / Industrial / Large Commercial / Infrastructure projects .
- Hands-on experience in estimation of major MEP packages such as:
Electrical systems
- HVAC systems
- Fire Protection & Fire Alarm
- Plumbing & Drainage
- ELV / BMS / IBMS systems
- Experience in Data Centre projects will be highly preferred.
- Exposure to EPC / Design & Build / General Contracting environments preferred.
