Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver – Good Pay | Home Daily
Join a dedicated intermodal operation in the Columbus area offering daily home time , no-touch freight, and consistent routes. Drivers handle approximately 3 loads per day , with a mix of preloaded, drop-and-hook, live-load, and live-unload freight.
Pay Details
- $1,100-$1,400 weekly pay
- $0.61 per mile
- Additional $40 for loaded miles under 99 miles
- $40 per revenue load
- Paid weekly

- Routes may cover the Lockbourne, Toledo, and Cincinnati areas
- Crossing into assigned markets is required
- Approximately 3 loads per day

- Drivers must be prepared for winter driving conditions
Shift Details
- Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
- Home daily
- Consistent freight with schedules based on operational needs
- Holiday work is voluntary
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Must meet DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
- Must be willing to cover assigned markets as required
- Must be comfortable driving in winter weather
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for driving, communication, and required documentation
