Where you will work:
- Residential, New Construction, and Commercial
- Report daily to the warehouse in Jupiter, FL
- Dispatched to job sites located in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie County
When you will work:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Saturdays and Overtime, as needed
What you will do:
- Performs plumbing tasks while supervising and guiding the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follows blueprints and performs final inspections to ensure accurate installation and compliance with plumbing codes and project specifications.
- Conducts weekly safety talks to reinforce safety protocols, mentors team members through hands-on training, and conducts quarterly reviews.
- Coordinates job site activities, manages resources, and ensures the availability of materials for efficient project workflow.
- Maintains open communications with project managers and team members, addressing project status, challenges, and updates.
- Performs on-call coverage as scheduled and consistent with the Company's policies and procedures.
What is required:
- 7+ years of plumbing experience in all phases required , including completion of a 4-year apprenticeship, 3 years working independently as a journeyman, and 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of plumbing blueprints, code and regulations, equipment, and hand tools
- Tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, walk, push, pull, bend, and kneel
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
