Warehouse Associate – First Shift
Location: Nazareth, PA
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Rapid Staffing Solutions is accepting applications for a first-shift Warehouse Associate position in Nazareth. You will support our client’s warehouse team by receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for distribution.

Responsibilities include:

- Unpacking, sorting, and organizing merchandise
- Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment
- Using scanners and basic computer systems to track items and update inventory
- Checking orders for accuracy and placing items in designated areas
- Keeping the work area organized and following workplace safety procedures
- Working with the team to meet daily production goals

Applicants should be available for the full shift, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working in an active warehouse environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to use a scanner are required. English is not required for this position.

• No prior experience mandatory, but useful; training will be provided

• Able to work rotating schedules in a shifts, and stand on your feet/walk for extended periods

• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working efficiently to meet performance requisit

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment

• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or inventory systems is a plus but not required

• Forklift certification is required for some roles; training and certification will be provided

• Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle or feel items

• Required to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly

• Comfortable with warehouse noise levels that vary from moderate to high.

• Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle or feel items.
