About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Intern to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting, documentation, voucher management, and financial record-keeping activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to accounting operations within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize, verify, and maintain accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in proper filing, scanning, and archiving of financial and accounting documents.
- Support the Finance team in recording and maintaining financial transactions.
- Assist with invoice, bill, payment, and expense documentation.
- Support basic reconciliation of financial records, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for internal reviews and audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital accounting records.
- Assist with data entry and updating financial information in Excel or accounting systems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect missing invoices, receipts, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Perform other routine Finance and Accounting tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Requirements

- Current student (all academic coursework must be completed before starting the internship) or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to handle routine documentation tasks.
- No prior professional experience is required.
