Inside Sales Representative

AE Landscape Borders is looking for a motivated, competitive, and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Nashville, TN.

This is not your typical call center position . You’ll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services, build relationships, answer questions, overcome objections, and turn leads into qualified appointments for our Design Consultants.

Schedule

- Day Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM, Monday–Friday
- Night Shift: 12 PM – 8 PM, Monday–Friday
- Every other weekend: Rotating weekend schedule
- When working your weekend, Thursday & Friday are off
- Weekend shifts are 7 AM – 3 PM

Pay

- 17-hour base pay + commission opportunities + additional performance-based incentives for top daily performers

What You'll Do

- Respond quickly to warm inbound leads by phone and text.
- Build relationships with homeowners and understand their project needs.
- Explain AE Landscape Borders' services and benefits.
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the appointment.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with homeowners who haven't scheduled.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details.
- Work toward daily and weekly sales and appointment-setting goals .

What We're Looking For

- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Competitive and motivated by goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling objections.
- Organized, fast-paced, and dependable.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Previous sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required .
