Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $21.00 / hour
- Comprehensive Paid Training: Get paid while learning a highly valuable commercial trade.
- Stable Hours: Full-time, year-round work. We operate 7 days a week (weekend availability is required).

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Fleet Operation: Safely drive commercial box trucks and company vehicles to various client job sites.
- Precision Washing: Utilize professional pressure washers, brushes, and chemical solutions to detail commercial vehicles, clean concrete surfaces, and manage spills.
- Equipment Oversight: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Handle basic minor maintenance to keep equipment in peak operating condition.
- Resource Management: Safely manage fuel, water, and advanced environmental reclaim systems.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain an immaculate, hazard-free workspace and properly secure all gear after your shift.
Candidate Requirements
- Driving Record: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR required prior to hire).
- Experience: Previous box truck or large vehicle driving experience is preferred, but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working long hours outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions. Ability to lift 25 lbs and walk up to 5 miles per shift.
- Professional Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a customer-first attitude, and a focus on safety.
