Commercial Fleet Interior Detailer Full time

Colorado’s premier mobile fleet cleaning company is expanding its Commerce City team.  We are seeking a reliable, high-performing individual for a dynamic, mobile role servicing premium commercial clients.

This is not a stagnant wash-bay job. As a Mobile Fleet Detailer, you will operate a company vehicle, utilize specialized equipment, and handle a mix of precision interior auto detailing and commercial property cleaning.

Scope of Work (Responsibilities)

- Precision Interior Detailing: Execute meticulous interior detailing of commercial vehicle cabs, sleeper berths, and trailers according to strict client work orders.

- Facility Maintenance: Perform high-quality exterior property cleaning, including commercial concrete, driveways, spills, and building exteriors.

- Mobile Operations: Safely operate company vehicles and box trucks to move between client locations efficiently.

- Digital Logistics: Utilize a modern smartphone application to log completed jobs, track progress, and communicate with dispatch.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Strict Insurance Compliance: Must be 21+ years old with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR required prior to hire).

- Driving Experience: Previous experience operating box trucks or large commercial vehicles is  preferred, but not required.

- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working actively outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

- The Detailing Mindset: Basic knowledge of automotive detailing is a plus, but a strong desire to learn, an obsession with quality control, and strict adherence to trained procedures are required.

- Customer Facing Attitude: Exceptional communication skills and a professional "people-first" demeanor when interacting with clients on-site.
