Senior IT Business Analyst

Work Set-up:

- Hybrid set-up
- October: On-site training in Singapore (travel provision included).
- November – December: Continuation of training on-site in Manila.
- Standard work arrangement resumes thereafter, in line with the assigned project’s requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned Project:

- Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
- Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
- UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
- Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle
- Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
- Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Insurance Industry experience/exposure
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and training for team members and stakeholders, including during the Singapore (October) and Manila (November–December) training engagements.
- Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and documentation to support upskilling and smooth knowledge handover.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition
- Experience working with various business processes in the domains of Banking (loans or deposits)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels.
- Experience with problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation
- Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion
- General PC knowledge including MS Office
- ITIL certification is a nice to have skill
- Nice to have experience with deploying packaged applications
