Manager | Strategic & Technology Change | Brisbane

- Lead complex organisation and technology transformation programs that help major clients turn strategy into lasting business change.

- Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture

- Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters

We are looking for a Manager to join our Organisation & Work Transformation team, specialising in Strategic & Technology Change. You will help clients turn strategy and technology investment into practical changes in how people work, how organisations operate and how transformation is sustained.

What will your typical day look like?

Across reorganisation, post-merger integration, technology adoption and new ways of working, you'll lead teams delivering change that is practical, measurable and built to last. You'll scope and shape work, manage delivery across your stream or program, and keep quality, commercials, timelines and risk moving in step.

Working closely with client leaders, project stakeholders and Deloitte colleagues across blended teams, you'll translate complex challenges into clear plans and high-impact interventions. That could mean guiding stakeholder and impact analysis, shaping change approaches for major technology programs like SAP or Oracle, or supporting governance conversations that keep programs on track.

Leadership is a big part of the role. You'll coach consultants, review deliverables, delegate effectively and stay hands-on in the work, while also contributing to proposals, points of view and broader practice growth. The pace is varied, the problems are often complex, and the work is grounded in close collaboration across Deloitte and client teams.

About the team

Organisation & Work Transformation sits within Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice. The team helps clients connect business strategy with people strategy, so transformation works not just on paper but in practice. The work spans operating model and organisation design, culture and leadership, workforce strategy, learning, major programs and technology-enabled change, with a strong focus on building agile, engaged and future-ready organisations.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

- 6+ years' experience in professional services, government, industry, or another project-based transformation environment

- Strong experience leading complex organisation and technology-enabled change from strategy and diagnosis through to implementation and adoption

- Demonstrate managing scope, budgets, timelines, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, governance and delivery trade-offs

- The ability to build strong client relationships, align senior stakeholders and communicate clearly across different audiences

- Experience leading teams through ambiguity, setting clear expectations, delegating work and providing candid, constructive feedback

- Sound judgement when working with qualitative and quantitative information to shape practical recommendations and solutions

- Exposure to major technology implementations such as SAP, Oracle or similar, including the people and change implications

- Desirable but not essential: the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance

Desirable but not essential: the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance.
