Customer Service Professional India (Mumbai) - Industrial Projects

Join CEVA India in our dynamic Project Logistics Operations department based at Mumbai, as a Customer Service Professional dedicated to Industrial Projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution and management of project logistics, supporting our clients with efficient, reliable, and proactive services within the logistics industry.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Professional, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations for complex industrial projects, focusing on comprehensive door-to-door shipment execution. Your expertise will directly enhance the client experience through meticulous planning, execution, and communication across all shipment stages.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Logistics Management: Oversee project logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in shipment planning and execution.

- Shipment Coordination: Manage sea freight and airfreight shipments, possessing in-depth knowledge of the complete shipment lifecycle including booking, transportation, and delivery.

- OOG (Out Of Gauge) Operations: Apply specialized knowledge for handling OOG shipments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

- Packing List Analysis: Competently read and interpret packing lists to facilitate accurate shipment planning and verification.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and lead monthly or quarterly business reviews with customers and network offices to discuss project progress, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain transparent communication.

- Global Business Execution: Manage door-to-door shipments globally, maintaining real-time Daily Shipment Reports (DSR) and sharing status updates promptly with clients and network offices.

- Financial Administration: Ensure timely booking of vendor invoices related to sea freight, airfreight, and transportation services. Facilitate prompt and accurate invoicing to clients and network offices post shipment execution.

- Continuous Improvement and Compliance: Assist in developing and improving internal processes to enhance service delivery while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and company policies.

Collaboration skills are essential to coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
