IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Main Responsibilities

- Resolve problems in response to customer- or system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
- Identify and break down problems using structured problem resolution approaches.
- Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered.
- Make changes to existing setups based on customer description.
- Escalate difficult, complex tasks to the next level.
- Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments; provide management with feedback about areas of technical concern for users and frequently encountered problems.
- Attend trainings in accordance to professional development plan.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Respect agreed service levels and KPI´s.
- Working in shifts is required.
- Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree Holder of any IT-related course or equivalent of at least 2 years work experience
- Strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Ability to learn fast and become proficient with unfamiliar systems.
- Ability to interact with different countries, cultures, clients (internal and external).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in using the following tools: Ticketing tools (e.g., Request Tracker, Jira, or Service Desk)
- AWS
- Quest IT Solutions - it security search
- ITIL
