About this role
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- MVSc in Pathology with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a histopathology laboratory, including demonstrated team supervision
- Expert in tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, H&E and special staining, and IHC; strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability — comfortable setting expectations, running skill assessments, and building team capability
- Strong organisational skills, QC mindset, and clear written and verbal communication; familiarity with LIS is a plus
