Director, P&L Optimization

Job Description Summary:

The Director of P&L and Optimization is a key member of the Plant leadership teams of Japan and will be responsible to transform all of process, Master Production Scheduling, Warehousing, Distribution, and Logistics to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will a) oversee all aspects of production activities in a bustling manufacturing environment, ensuring resource optimization, cost minimization, and quality standards compliance b) set appropriate inventory level to maintain the highest standard for customer service, c) lead and improve logistics operation which include selection of 3PL partners, d) chase operational excellence from planning to distribute and e) lead and set up high performing team. This role is critical in ensuring that every phase of our product journey, from supplier to customer, is executed flawlessly.

KEY DUTIES

- Oversee and optimize all materials and finished goods storage and movement, including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory management.

- Strategically lead the Planning and Logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective goal setting and performance measurement.

- Implement production, inventory, and transportation plans that align with The Coca-Cola Company's requirements and Supply Chain Excellence standards.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of the team, maintaining a healthy work environment to meet current and future business needs.

- Manage resources to support materials and production planning in collaboration with Operations and Customer Relationship Management areas.

- Handle warehousing logistics activities, ensuring alignment with production requirements and inventory control.

- Lead long term logistics optimization program which includes a) new 3PL partner selection b) optimized network planning c) collaboration with bottlers d) experiment tech tool for further optimization e) Team capability building

- Ensure all processes comply with company regulations, are executed to high standards, and contribute to value creation and process optimization

RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

-                 More than 5 years of experience in local/International logistics

-                 More than 5 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management

-                 More than 3 years of experience in master production scheduling and associated constraint-based planning

-                 Knowledge and experience of SAP or equivalent ERP

-                 Inventory management and MRP processes and controls

-                 Minimum 5years of people management

3PL management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-5years management experience to managers

-5years of Material management experience

-5years of customer Management experience

-5yeras of production experience

-Master degree of Engineering / Business administration

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

-                 Once a month to bottler plants or headquarter

Once a month to distribution centers
