- Contribute to operational resilience, service improvement and effective risk and control management.

- Act as an incident leader when required, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders and suppliers through to resolution.

What you’ll bring

- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP and firewalls.

- Experience with telecommunications and collaboration technologies, including SIP and VoIP.

- Knowledge of workstation lifecycle management, IT asset management and end-user technology support.

- Experience managing printers, hardware suppliers and local service vendors.

- Demonstrable vendor, contract, licensing and procurement management experience.

- A practical understanding of ITIL and service management principles.

- Experience managing incidents, coordinating resolution and producing accurate service reporting.

- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across technical and business teams.

- The ability to prioritise effectively, remain calm under pressure and get issues resolved at pace.
