Role Overview We are seeking a Product Lead to own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our language technology offerings, working closely with engineering, design, and government/institutional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for one or more of our language services.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather and prioritize requirements from government bodies, partners, and end users.
- Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into shipped features.
- Metrics & Iteration: Define success metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Communication: Own product documentation and stakeholder communication, including senior/government stakeholders.

Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI/NLP or language-technology products (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience managing technical products with multiple engineering stakeholders
- Comfort working in a multi-stakeholder, public-sector-adjacent environment

Mandatory Skills
- Product management, stakeholder management, roadmap ownership

Good to Have
- Prior experience with multilingual/NLP or govtech products
- Familiarity with AI/LLM product patterns (RAG, agentic workflows) to evaluate technical trade-offs with engineering
