Job summary
As an Analyst in Liquidity client services, you will support day-to-day servicing and operational activities for institutional clients investing through separately managed accounts and liquidity funds. You will partner with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries, maintain accurate records, and coordinate routine processes. You will also contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience and risk management.
Job responsibilities
- Support client-facing partners with routine servicing and operational requests.
- Respond to client and internal stakeholder queries, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, and record updates.
- Support cash and settlement-related processes, including fees, rebates, tax, and audit activities as required.
- Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring client reports, management information, and service metrics.
- Follow established procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements, escalating risks or exceptions promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and team projects.
- Build knowledge of liquidity products, systems, and servicing processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 2 years of relevant experience in investment operations, asset management, banking, custody, fund operations, or client servicing within financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and producing recurring reports.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate operational and reporting outputs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive them to resolution.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Understanding of the importance of controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements in an operations setting.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting cash management, settlement workflows, fees, rebates, and/or audit support activities.
- Exposure to reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) and/or basic scripting (e.g., Python).
- Experience contributing to process improvement or automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with client onboarding and account maintenance processes, including documentation management.
- Comfort working with stakeholders across time zones in a global team environment.
- Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency while maintaining controls.
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
