As a Lead Engineer (m/f/d) for Fire Protection / Sprinkler Systems, you will take technical ownership of the design and execution of complex fire protection systems in international greenfield industrial projects - from concept development through commissioning.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Take technical ownership of the planning and execution of sprinkler systems for complex greenfield industrial projects
- Develop and implement technical concepts for sprinkler and fire protection systems in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Lead and coordinate engineering activities from concept and basic engineering through detailed engineering and execution
- Coordinate technical interfaces with clients, authorities, engineering disciplines, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Review and approve design documents, hydraulic calculations, specifications, and technical documentation
- Support tendering, procurement, and the technical evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors
- Support site execution, including technical clarification, installation coordination, testing, and commissioning

## Show your expertise

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the design and execution of sprinkler and fire protection systems within industrial projects, ideally in semiconductor or biopharma environemt
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as VdS, DIN EN, FM Global, or NFPA
- Experience in technical project coordination and managing interfaces across multidisciplinary project teams
- Proficiency in sprinkler design and hydraulic calculation software; experience with CAD/BIM systems is a plus
- Strong technical understanding, structured approach, and a high degree of ownership
- Good command of German and English, combined with a willingness to travel on a project basis
