Senior Consultant – Life Sciences

Who are we looking for:

- 3–5 years of experience on Healthcare/Life Sciences projects in international contexts, gained in consulting or in industry (pharma, medical device, healthcare providers)

- Background of studies in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; a master’s degree or an MBA is a plus

- Fluent in English — most of our work is cross-border; a third language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus

- Combining strong analytical skills with a passion for details, and a proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into a workable plan

- A track record of running workstreams autonomously, with the judgement to know when to decide and when to escalate

- Tech-curious, with a genuine interest in how AI is reshaping healthcare and a pragmatic view of where it actually creates value

- Positive attitude, fun and easy to work with

- Willing to dare and innovate, knowing that one good idea is more important than a few mistakes

- Motivated by a start-up environment in a multinational company

Candidate role

- Candidates will deploy strategic consulting for major players in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries as well as Healthcare services

- Typical engagements include commercial model design and field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign for medical and corporate affairs functions, omnichannel transformation, and AI use-case deployment across commercial and medical operations

- Candidates will own a workstream end to end: framing the problem, designing the analysis, gathering and challenging the evidence, and bringing a recommendation to the client

- They will coordinate and coach the analysts and consultants working on their stream, and take responsibility for the quality of what the team produces

- They will manage client counterparts autonomously at middle management level and present their own work to senior stakeholders: at this level we expect people to lead the conversation, not only to deliver the content

- They will contribute to proposals, scope extensions and client development, working alongside managers and partners

- They will help build what stays behind the project: methodologies, reusable assets and thought leadership for the practice

The salary range for this position is between EUR 34,000 and EUR 40,000 gross per year.

The employment level and classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile, in compliance with applicable regulations and the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria).

The compensation indicated refers exclusively to the Gross Annual Salary (RAL - Retribuzione Annua Lorda). The overall compensation package may include additional variable components linked to the achievement of specific individual and/or company objectives, as well as corporate welfare benefits and other company-sponsored benefits.

The final compensation package will be determined based on the selected candidate’s profile and the degree of alignment with the position requirements.
