We have an excellent opportunity with great potential for impact, heading up Sales for Sweden as part of our Nordics organisation. Reporting to the Head of Retail Nordics, you will take on overall responsibility for our retail business in Sweden including full P&L accountability and short-, medium- and long-term strategy. Sweden is a high-growth, emerging market for us, and we expect high double-digit growth in the years ahead — this role will play a key part in delivering it.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop the Swedish sales team, including two direct reports.
- Own the Swedish retail business and full P&L, delivering the AOP and short-, medium-, and long-term strategic targets.
- Lead joint business planning, target setting, forecasting, innovation, pricing, promotional strategy, customer negotiations, and relationships across the Swedish market.
- Navigate the Swedish retail landscape and drive execution across all four Ps: product, price, place, and promotion.
- Partner closely with the Head of Retail Nordics as well as with Category, Finance, Supply, and Marketing teams to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and business performance.

Your Profile

- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within FMCG, including full P&L responsibility.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong track record of building trusted relationships with major retail customers.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with demonstrated experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial understanding across category management, finance, supply chain, and marketing, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience leading in a complex, high-growth market with a broad and diverse customer base.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
