YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will help clients design and implement OpenText Information Management solutions that support critical business processes and content management requirements.

Working closely with clients, project teams, and account teams across France and Europe, you will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, configure OpenText applications, support integrations, and contribute to successful client implementations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys combining technology, consulting, and client interaction.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

- Analyze business requirements and design Information Management solutions that deliver real client value
- Lead solution configuration, implementation, and integration activities using OpenText technologies
- Design content models, business processes, and data structures aligned with client needs
- Advise clients on best practices and provide technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations
- Help clients leverage OpenText AI solutions to maximize the value of their information assets

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant work experience as a Technical Consultant, Software Engineer, Programmer, IT Consultant, or in a similar technical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise software solutions, including system integrations and data models
- Solid understanding of IT architectures, databases, cloud technologies, operating systems, and client-server environments
- Working knowledge of Java and scripting languages, with the ability to support customizations and integrations
- Experience with OpenText Content Management, Information Archive, or similar Information Management / ECM platforms is a plus
- Fluent French and strong English communication skills
