Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Work with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM , including organizations, staffing models, job profiles, positions, supervisory organizations, and worker data.
- Configure and optimize Workday Business Processes , including Hire, Change Job, Termination, Transfer, Promotion, and related HR processes.
- Perform functional configuration based on business requirements and Workday best practices.
- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, and production support activities.
- Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.
- Create functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support .
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Workday integration and technical teams where required.
- Configure and support Workday security roles, domain security, and business process security .
- Develop or support Workday reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Analyze the impact of Workday releases and recommend configuration or process changes.
- Support data validation, data conversion, and reconciliation activities during implementations or enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR teams to improve and automate HR processes using Workday functionality.
- Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer to HR administrators and business users.

Required Skill

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Core HCM .
- Good understanding of: Supervisory Organizations Staffing Models Job and Position Management Compensation structures Hire-to-Retire processes Business Process Framework Workday Security Workday Reporting
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.
- Experience with Workday configuration and functional testing.
- Understanding of Workday implementation methodology and release management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with functional, integration, reporting, security, and HR operations teams.
