As a UX Researcher, you'll contribute from an early research stage through to delivery. In doing so, you'll make a massive impact on what we're doing.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
- Background in e-commerce (required), ideally within fashion or retail environment
- Experience with analytics tools (GA, ContentSquare) with the ability to interpret data
- Experience with design thinking process and practical experience of UX methods
- Experience with the full range of UX research methods, including early-stage qualitative methods
- Proven ability to execute the right methodology to get the needed result
- Strong customer feedback analysis and presentation skills
- Ability to research, conclude and resolve pain points
- Experience in mobile app user research would be beneficial but not mandatory – especially with features such as onboarding flows, in-app navigation, notification preferences, personalisation, and overall app performance sentiment.
