Work with client and internal stakeholders in developing tactical and strategic direction to an effective and efficient outreach activities and debt recovery while maintaining compliance to legal regulations in every region being supported; explore and implement automation and process improvement to increase outreach success and customer debt recovery Client Approval mail: Comments This role is an immediate need hence, preferrably to onboard a resource ready to start ASAP.
