Your role in our team:
- Preparing monthly report for submission to Customs related to Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW)
- Accurately input and update daily inbound (raw materials) and outbound (finished goods) records into internal databases and ERP systems.
- Preparing related documents for Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW) renewal
- Support in handling of Import / Export declaration forms and supporting documents
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to export control activities and transactions.
- Maintain flawless data integrity by double-checking import/export declarations, shipping invoices, AWB/BL & etc.
- Organize, classify, and file physical and digital shipping and customs documents for routine and ad-hoc audits by the RMCD.
- Authority: Authority to enforce proper document retention protocols to ensure audit readiness.
Your profile:
- Degree/ Diploma in business, international relations, or a related field
- Experience in logistics (Import/Export and Shipping background)
- Profound knowledge of MS Office (especially in Word & Excel)
- Basic knowledge in SAP would be advantage
- Experience in working with Government Regulators, especially with Customs Departments for related document compilation, reports submission and activities of business licenses applications Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW)
- Good command in English and Malay
- Good communication skills
- High sense of responsibility
