About this role
- Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
- Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
- Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
- Identify automation opportunities across processes.

Qualifications:
15-20 years of Experience in CI and Transformation
- Project management
- Lean, Agile, and structured CI methodologies
- Business acumen & strategic thinking
- Strong stakeholder & change leadership
- Tech-savvy with automation awareness
- Coaching & capability development
- Enterprise thinking & problem solving
