Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Act as the liaison between the Company a nd appointed Cafeteria Operators  t o ensure smooth cafeteria operations
- Plan, coordinate , and conduct  monthly cafeteria audits and  meetings  with the Cafeteria Committee and Operators
- P erform quarterly cafeteria performance  reviews, monitor service quality, and conduct cafeteria satisfaction surveys
- Ensure  cafeteria compliance  with local authority and Ministry of Health requirements , and liaise with relevant government agencies on cafeteria-related matters
- Develop, review, and update specifications, processes, and operational standards for catering services
- Lead and implement continuous improvement i nitiatives for cafeteria processes and systems
- Manage cafeteria operationa l and maintenance budgets , ensuring cost-effective  expenditure
- Communicate and provide timely u pdates to stakeholders regarding issues, improvements, and operational changes
- Manage user and stakeholder feedback and complaints, conduct root cause analysis , and provide  timely reporting and recommendations to site management

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, Food Science , or any other related field
- Relevant experience in cafeteria, catering, food service, facilities , or vendor managemen t is an added advantage
- Proven experience in vendor/contractor management and service performance monitoring
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage employees, vendors, and management teams
- Experience handling customer complaints, conducting investigations, and implementing improvement actions
- Knowledge of budget planning, cost control , and operational reporting
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company
