Introduction

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented logistics professional looking to take the next step in your career?

We’re looking for Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations. The person selected for the role will be focusing on export operations. In this position, you will report to Manager, Logistics.

The location for this position is in Vilnius, Lithuania, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as colleagues abroad but also with several logistics service providers. Our team culture is all about “getting it done together” so we value a great and positive team spirit.

What you’ll do

- Handle daily logistics operations related to export shipments

- Coordinate transportation and documentation with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders

- Ensure timely and accurate shipment handling to meet customer needs

- Support continuous improvement and development of logistics processes

- Collaborate closely with colleagues, warehouses, and freight forwarders to secure seamless material flow

- Actively contribute to a positive and solution-oriented team spirit

Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred, or a combination of an education.

- As a team player, you understand your role in the team and manage your responsibilities with positive attitude.

- You have customer focused mindset and collaborative attitude which helps you to navigate different stakeholders with ease, collaborating across diverse cultures and environments.

- You have ability to take ownership on the assigned tasks and drive them proactively.

- Strong English language skills, both written and oral

- Experience in SAP environment is seen as an asset.
