Department: - GPSTech Client Connectivity

In this role, you will:

- Understand the business Use Case from business representatives and help to translate them into Functional, Non-Functional and Regression test cases. Coordination with Business Analyst during requirement understanding, project demo.

- Work with Test Analyst and provide inputs to Project Estimation, design for Automated Test solutions, producing Test Data. Work closely with the Business Analyst, Developers, Test Engineers to provide support in proving end to end testing, clarifications on defects.

- Find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution. Responsible for understanding business requirement and able to guide the team in defining test strategy, test approach. Identify areas for Automation, implement them.

- Ensure end-to-end testing deliverables, phase/cycles are completed on time and within budget. Ability to Test source system connectivity. Ensure data is available and the quality of Test data is fit for purpose

- Defining the appropriate automated data tests required on test data. Data Gap analysis and remediation. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources from a testing perspective and carry out impact analysis across projects and platforms and write appropriate automated test scenarios, test cases/scripts

- From business requirements carry out system impact assessment to identify the changes from 'as is' systems and structures to the 'to be' systems and structures impact specific organisations and roles from a testing perspective

- Capture defects and retest remediated defect till closure, produce defects reports. Highlight all issues to the management team. Document Risk Assessment detailing risks and priority of test execution. Raise them to Senior Management.

- Product project test activity report at end of testing phase summarising results of functional testing. Contribute to Testing PIR, document and execute Lessons learned and recommendations for improvement

To be successful, you will:

- Functional Testing experience on Banking products, experienced on Seeburger product, Payments domain, Transformation programmes.

- Experience working on Payment systems for Countries across US, Europe, MENA, APAC regions. Experience working on SWIFT Payment File Formats, ISO 20022

- Experience on Automation Tools: SQL, Python, REST API, JIRA, Basic Java. Experience working in DevOps team and Agile ways of working. Knowledge of Testing methodologies and strategies.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to find logical solutions to problems and manage resolution.

- Ability to Build and maintain good working relationships. Proactive and self-motivated attitude. Basic level of analysis and problem solving skills.

- Customer focused. Have knowledge of the Software project lifecycle.
