Job description
The selected candidate will join the Showroom team and will be responsible for supporting sales activities and providing a professional and engaging experience to clients.
Availability for November and December is required.
Key responsibilities
• Welcome and assist clients throughout their showroom experience.
• Present and recommend products according to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Support the sales process and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and brand representation.
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Knowledge of any additional language is highly appreciated, particularly Russian, Arabic, Chinese or other languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, sales-oriented and team-focused approach.
• Availability to work during November and December.
