DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Accounts Payable  is responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier accounting activities. The role works closely with internal teams and international suppliers to ensure timely payments, accurate financial records, and compliance with Moroccan accounting and tax regulations.The Accounts Payable  is responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier accounting activities. As the Accounts Payable, you will:

- Process and record supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Verify invoice compliance against purchase orders and goods receipt documentation.
- Monitor invoice discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and validate supplier payments and bank transfers.
- Prepare and validate withholding tax (RAS) payments.
- Reconcile supplier accounts, manage aging balances, and support cash flow forecasting and audit requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Accounts Payable:

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within an international environment.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of accounting software, particularly Oracle.
- Possesses advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
- Has a solid understanding of local accounting and tax regulations, including VAT and withholding tax requirements.
- Shows strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
