Job Overview
- Support business growth and therapy adoption through sales execution, clinical expertise, customer education, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams in critical care and acute care settings.
- Demonstrate strong communication, training, adaptability, and collaboration skills to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Drive sales performance and therapy adoption for ACT products and solutions.
- Deliver product and clinical training to healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Support new product launches, reimbursement activities, and market development initiatives.
- Manage customer inquiries, product issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal, regional, and cross-functional teams to support customers and business growth.
- Adapt effectively to changing market and organizational needs while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in critical care, respiratory care, cardiovascular, or acute care.
- ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Care, or OR experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical education, customer training, and healthcare professional engagement.
- Strong understanding of hospital environments and clinical workflows.
- Proficiency in Korean and English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Sales and Marketing Execution
- Support sales activities through effective product promotion and clinical communication.
- Contribute to new product launches and reimbursement-related initiatives.
Product & Clinical Support
- Deliver product and clinical training to healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Provide clinical updates and field support to improve customer experience and therapy adoption.
- Resolve product-related issues through proactive communication and collaboration.
Adaptability & Teamwork
- Adapt quickly to changing business environments, technologies, and customer needs.
- Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, distributors, and customers to achieve shared goals.

Environmental/ Safet/ Physical Work Conditions
- Field-based position with frequent presence in Hospitals sector requiring strict adherence to hospital infection control and safety policies.
- Physical requirements such as handling, lifting and replacement of parts, must observe ergonomic and safety-based practices.
- Must comply with all company environment, health and safety policies, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment when required.
