Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and professional service to customers visiting the branch or distribution touchpoints.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate and guide customers on utilizing digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
- Identify customer needs and introduce relevant banking products, services, and financial solutions.
- Adhere strictly to operational risk guidelines, compliance standards, and internal audit procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch service standards and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
