As a Senior Scrum Master, you’ll be at the heart of our Agile approach, playing an essential role in ensuring the efficiency and cohesion of our teams. You’ll be responsible for creating an atmosphere of collaboration and facilitating communication between all team members. Your expertise will guide teams toward achieving their goals by adopting Scrum best practices and fostering a motivating work environment.
Keys to your success
- Scrum certifications or other relevant certifications;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology field, including 3 years as a Scrum Master;
- Proven experience managing multiple teams;
- Experience participating in large-scale deliveries involving integrated planning of multiple products or teams;
- Mastery of Scrum concepts;
- Knowledge of Atlassian Suite tools, including Confluence, Jira, and Advanced Roadmaps.
Extra edge
- University degree in computer science or a related field.
Language skills
- English: Advanced
- French: Proficient
